Do you need help with using digital devices, like a smartphone or computer?
Visit our support group for senior citizens every other Thursday between 1 pm and 3 pm. Check the dates on our Events page (event name: Tietotekniikkaopastusta senioreille).
Alternatively, you can book a personalized session with our digital support. Digital support is available for an hour per patron on weekdays. Call us on 050 411 6504 or visit the library to make a reservation.
The library home services can be used by patrons who live in Kauniainen and have difficulties accessing the library due to disability, illness or old age. We visit you at home once a month, bringing the books of your choice.
The service is free of charge. Call us at 050 411 6504 for more information.
There are two book clubs in the library: one in Finnish and one in Swedish. Both get together on Tuesdays once a month to discuss a book. Please contact us if you are interested in joining: email@example.com.
Day care groups and schools
Day care groups and school classes can request tailored services from the library. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 040 6500 731 to find out more.
The library is Kauniainen’s own culture centre. We have a diverse selection of events, like interviews with authors, lectures, book clubs, concerts, theatre and much more. And the best thing about it is that admission is always free. Check out coming events at Helmet.fi.
