The library home services can be used by patrons who live in Kauniainen and have difficulties accessing the library due to disability, illness or old age. We visit you at home once a month, bringing the books of your choice.
The service is free of charge. Call us at 050 411 6514 for more information.
Day care groups and schools
Day care groups and school classes can request tailored services from the library. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
The library is Kauniainen’s own culture centre. We have a diverse selection of events, like interviews with authors, lectures, book clubs, concerts, theatre and much more. And the best thing about it is that admission is always free. Check out coming events at Helmet.fi.
Climate action: the library aims to fulfill Kauniainen’s climate goal of being a carbon neutral city in 2035. This also shapes our events, which partly focus on themes like climate and sustainability.
