What to do if you cannot log in to Maisa.fi:
- Make sure you are using the latest updated version of the Maisa app.
- Clear the data that the app has stored on your phone. On a Samsung phone you can do this by choosing Settings > Apps. Choose the app you want to clear, Maisa, and tap Storage for that app. Then tap Clear cache. After that, log in to the service again.

Registered nurses and public health nurses trained for the task answer all Medical Helpline calls. If we are unable to answer your call immediately, you can leave a callback request.
