What to do if you cannot log in to Maisa.fi:
- Make sure you are using the latest updated version of the Maisa app.
- Clear the data that the app has stored on your phone. On a Samsung phone you can do this by choosing Settings > Apps. Choose the app you want to clear, Maisa, and tap Storage for that app. Then tap Clear cache. After that, log in to the service again.
Problems getting through to the health centre
High numbers of calls and messages to the health centre callback service and Maisa.fi are causing delays. High demand for services is estimated to continue at least to the end of this week. We respond to all messages as soon as possible. At present, the delay is 1–3 weekdays.

If your question concerns covid or coronavirus, please call Kauniainen’s coronavirus helpline, open 8–16 on weekdays, telephone 09 584 43031 (callback service).
If you think you may have covid-19, you can book tests for yourself and your child online at koronabotti.hus.fi.
If you have a cold or other infection symptoms and you need medical advice: always begin by phoning Kauniainen’s coronavirus helpline. You will receive instructions before visiting the health centre’s outpatient clinic for infection.
If you have a medical condition that requires immediate medical care, such as a bleeding cut, you may visit the health centre on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm.
