Seasonal influenza vaccinations for risk groups start in November 2021
Seasonal influenza vaccinations in Kauniainen begin in November. Groups considered to be at risk of severe influenza are those over 65 years of age, those in risk groups due to a long-term health condition or treatment, those who are pregnant, and children under 7 years of age. The vaccination is offered to these groups, as in previous years. Family members of people in risk groups will also receive the vaccine.
Vaccinations are given at Villa Junghans, Leankuja 4.

- Clients of the child health clinic are given influenza vaccine at the clinic in October and November. See the separate news item below dated 20.10.2021.
- Schoolchildren and students in risk groups will receive the influenza vaccination from the school health services. Book an appointment with the school nurse.
