Meet our new reading dog, Bella!
Bella is a 5-year-old Lagotto girl. Bella loves people, especially children. She enjoys giving kisses and listening to stories. You can read to Bella in any language, but she particularly understands Finnish, Swedish, Ukrainian, and Russian well.
Bella is a hypoallergenic dog that doesn’t shed hair. She loves to be scratched, so feel free to do that.
Bella is a buddy dog who, in September, is practicing the most important task of a reading dog: listening calmly. If you’d like to read to Bella, you can come to the library’s story room on Thursdays, September 14th or 28th, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
